Ambulatory summary
There are two settings that enable you to setup/disable the Ambulatory summary:
You must set up the Practice ID in the (Undefined variable: General.Product2 Admin CMS) to enable the Ambulatory Summary list to populate data (institutional details) from the axiUm database.
Note: Make sure the Ambulatory Summary page is active (Pages tab > Ambulatory Summary > Active check box).
To set up the Ambulatory summary list Practice ID:
- On the Settings tab, click Ambulatory Summary.
- In Parameters, select 0 in the Misc. CCDAPracticeId box, and then enter the Practice ID value (PRACTICE.Id).
Tip: You can find the ID in axiUm in Maintenance > Office tab > Practices.
- Click the Save button.
If your dental institution doesn't want patients to send their ambulatory summary to a healthcare provider, you can disable the ambulatory summary Send button.
To disable the Ambulatory summary:
- On the Settings tab, click Ambulatory Summary.
- Select 1 in the Misc.AllowTransmitCCDA box, and enter 0.
- Click the Save button.
